Consultation on climate adaptation and resilience
Ready for any weather: helping you stay safe, healthy and prepared
Have your say on preparing for climate change and how we build a more equal borough as we do this.
Ealing Council is creating a new climate adaptation and resilience strategy (2026–2038) - a long term collective action plan, and we want to hear directly from people like you, living, working, visiting and connecting with others in our borough.
As severe weather becomes more common, from flooding to heatwaves and storms, your experiences and ideas are needed to help shape how we prepare as a community.
This short survey is open to everyone including residents, workers, students, visitors, and will help us:
- Collect your stories about how and where severe weather has already affected people
- Identify your biggest concerns and support what the data says
- Prioritise practical actions that help keep everyone safe, healthy and supported
- Build a more equal borough as we all prepare for climate change
The survey is open from 16 February – 29 March.
Community Roadshow:
Alongside the survey, we’re hosting a series of friendly, drop‑in community conversations across the borough. These workshops are a chance to share what you’re seeing locally, learn about climate impacts, and help shape solutions that work for your neighbourhood.
Even if you're planning to join a workshop, we encourage you to complete the survey as every response helps build a fair, community‑led strategy that reflects the real experiences of people across the borough.
Roadshow Schedule (March 2026)
Refreshments will be provided.
All sessions are free, informal, and no sign‑up is needed.
